CURBSIDE PICKUP

Similarly to Contactless Dine-in, Curbside Pickup was also created due to the Covid 19 situation. Customers wanted the option to not have to go into a restaurant to pick up their order and therefore the we wanted to provide a drive by solution.

When the user turns on pickup as an option from their settings, they have the additional option of Curbside Pickup. If activated, customers will see the option to choose Curbside Pickup when selecting Pickup for their order in the flow.

Customers can then fill in their specific details so that the restaurant can find them. This may be car type, outfit etc., depending on the criteria the restaurant chose in their settings.

Curbside Pickup was created for both Web and Mobile.
