DINE BY WIX APP
The Dine by Wix app was created to allow restaurant owners to offer their existing customers mobile app ordering and reservation experiences. Customers can place their orders and choose from pickup or delivery. Customers can also conveniently book a table so Restaurant owners can fill the house, and reduce cancellations and no-shows with SMS and calendar reminders.

As the UX Writer for the app, it was my job to write text that was not just user friendly but also mobile friendly. Writing for mobile is a whole other skill when it comes to UX as you need to convey the message to users, in as few words as possible. I thoroughly enjoyed this project, especially being on it from the beginning. The app is currently in phase 1 of its release with a lot more to come.

As someone who loves food - and who also created a side food business during covid - I came at this project from a personal perspective. I was truly able to channel the user and the user of user as I myself knew what I would want to see and experience with such a product.
